Notely is a browser extension that allows users to save notes and links while browsing.
Data storage All notes and saved links are stored locally in the user’s browser using local storage. This data remains on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Active tab access When the user clicks the “Save Tab” button, the extension reads the URL of the currently active tab in order to save it as a note. This action only occurs when triggered directly by the user.
No data collection or sharing Notely does not collect personal information, does not track browsing activity beyond the URL explicitly saved by the user, and does not sell or share user data with third parties.
User control Users can edit or delete saved notes at any time using the extension interface.
